Villa Features

Kitchen: Designed as an open kitchen,  there is a refrigerator, dishwasher, built-in oven, microwave oven, toaster, toaster, coffee machine, kettle, dinnerware for 6 people and all kinds of kitchen utensils you may need during your holiday.

Living Room: There is a comfortable sitting group, dining table, satellite TV, air conditioning, coffee table, table tennis and exit to the pool terrace.

1. Bedroom: There is 1 double bed, air conditioning, make-up table, wardrobe and bathroom.

2. Bedroom: 1 single bed, air conditioning, make-up table, wardrobe, jacuzzi and bathroom.

3. Bedroom: There are 2 single beds, air conditioning, make-up table, dresser and bathroom.

Towels and pique sets are available in all bedrooms as much as the number of people.

General Information

Outdoor Pool: It is 4 m x 12 m in size and 1.5 m deep. Pool maintenance is carried out by the staff on duty every morning.

Indoor Pool: It is 3 m x 6 m in size and 1 m deep. Pool maintenance is carried out by the staff on duty every morning.

Garden: There are sun umbrellas, sun loungers, dining table, swing, camellia and children's playground.

Internet: Unlimited wi-fi is available in our villa, but the maximum internet speed is 16mbps due to the infrastructure of the region.

Damage Deposit: 2500 TL damage deposit is taken upon check-in. It is returned in case of undamaged control at check-out.

Note: A cleaning fee of 1750 TL is charged for accommodation under the minimum rental period.

Note: The last 1.5 km of the road to our villa is a concrete road, and the last 150 m is a steep slope.

Note: The indoor pool heating is free between October 1st and April 1st, and can be opened for 750 TL per day if requested in other months.

Note:  Minimum accommodation during the Eid week is 7 nights.
