Villa Efe Uno

Villa Efe Uno for rent, located in the lush holiday town Yanıklar in Fethiye district of Muğla, is one of our new villas, the construction of which was completed in 2022. It has an accommodation capacity of 6 people with its own garden, pool, car park and 3 bedrooms. Our villa, which has been designed with the pool and garden terrace not visible from the outside, is ideal for families who prefer conservative holidays and honeymoon fences.

There is Villa Efe Duo on the same land as our villa. More than one rental can be made for large families if the calendars are available.

Villa Features

Kitchen: It is designed as an open kitchen. There are all kinds of kitchen utensils you may need during your holiday, such as dining table, refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, 4-burner stove, built-in oven, microwave, toaster, dinnerware.

Living Room: There is a comfortable sitting group, coffee table, LCD smart TV, Netflix, satellite receiver, air conditioning and exit to the pool terrace.

1. Bedroom: 1 double bed, wardrobe, nightstand, air conditioner and en-suite bathroom.

2. Bedroom: There is 1 double bed, wardrobe, nightstand and air conditioner.

3. Bedroom: There is 1 double bed, wardrobe, nightstand and air conditioner.

There is a WC-Bathroom and a jacuzzi in the corridor.

Towels and pique sets for 6 people are available in all bedrooms.

General Information

Pool: 4 m x 7.5 m in size and 1.5 meters deep. Pool maintenance is carried out by the staff on duty every morning.

Garden: There is a green area, a barbecue, a sitting group, a swing and an open-air shower.

Internet: There is unlimited wi-fi in our villa, but the maximum internet speed is 16mbps due to the infrastructure of the region.

Damage Deposit: A damage deposit of 2000 TL is taken upon arrival. It is returned in case of undamaged control at check-out.

Note: We have a covered private parking lot.

Note: A cleaning fee of 750 TL is charged for accommodation under the minimum rental period.
