Villa Demir

Villa Demir is our rental villa in Dalyan, where the Aegean and the Mediterranean meet. Dalyan is a decent town in the Ortaca District of MuÄŸla, where the concepts of sea, nature, history and holiday are intertwined.

Villa Demir has its own pool, garden and 4 bedrooms with an accommodation capacity of 8 people. It is ideal for large families and large groups with its comfortable rooms. Due to its location, the villa is within walking distance of the center and at zero location to the Dalyan canal for our guests who come without a car.

Villa Iron Features

Kitchen: There are all kinds of kitchen utensils you may need during your holiday, such as dining table, refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, 4-burner stove, built-in oven, toaster, tea maker, dinnerware.

Living Room:  Comfortable opening sitting group, LCD screen TV, air conditioner and satellite receiver. You can access the pool terrace from the living room.

1. Bedroom: There is 1 double bed, wardrobe, air conditioner and en-suite bathroom.

2. Bedroom: There is 1 double bed, wardrobe, air conditioner and en-suite bathroom.

3. Bedroom: There are 2 single beds, a wardrobe, air conditioning and a shared bathroom.

4. Bedroom: 1 double bed, wardrobe, air conditioner and en-suite bathroom.
General Information

There are towels and pique sets in all bedrooms as much as the number of people.

Pool: There is a 30 m2, 1.5 m deep pool. Pool maintenance is carried out by the staff on duty every morning. There are sun loungers and umbrellas on the pool terrace.

Garden: There are orange trees, greenery, garden seating in the garden.

Internet: Unlimited wi-fi is available in our villa, but the maximum internet speed is 16mbps due to the infrastructure of the region.

Damage Deposit: A damage deposit of 750 TL is taken upon check-in. It is returned in case of undamaged control at check-out.

Note: The minimum stay during the holiday week is 7 nights.
