Villa Çınarca is located in Dalyan, one of the most beautiful towns of our country with its virgin nature, clean sea and historical texture. Dalyan is one of the favorite holiday destinations of tourism with its natural beauties, favorable climatic conditions, Iztuzu Beach where Caretta Caretta turtles nest, the ancient city of Kaunos, which has witnessed history for many years, mud baths and delicious seafood.

Villa Cinarca has its own pool, large garden and 4 bedrooms with an accommodation capacity of up to 8 people. It is ideal for large families and large groups with its comfortable rooms. It is suitable for accommodation in the winter months with its underfloor heating feature. You can reach the beach from our villa, which is 500 meters from the center of Dalyan, by car or by boats departing from the river.

Kitchen: It is designed as an open kitchen. There is a kitchen island, refrigerator, dishwasher, 4-burner stove, built-in oven, microwave, toaster, tea maker, dinnerware for 10 people and all kinds of kitchen utensils you may need during your holiday.

Living Room: Comfortable sitting group, LCD screen TV and satellite receiver.

Pool: The pool is 4 meters x 10 meters in size and 1.6 meters deep. There is also a jacuzzi section and its depth is 90 cm. Pool maintenance is carried out by the staff on duty every morning. There are sun loungers and umbrellas on the pool terrace.

Garden: There is a lawn, dining table, garden furniture, open-air shower and WC-bathroom.

Internet: Unlimited wi-fi is available in our villa and the internet speed is 32mbps maximum.

Damage Deposit: A damage deposit of 500£ is taken upon check-in. It is returned in case of undamaged control at check-out.

Note: A cleaning fee of 100£ is charged for accommodation under the minimum rental period.

Note: The minimum stay during the holiday week is 7 nights.

Note: There are 2 bicycles in our villa for the use of our guests.

Places to See in Dalyan

Kaunos Ancient City, one of the oldest settlements in Anatolia, king tombs carved into the rocks, Iztuzu Beach, Sultaniye Thermal Springs and Köyceğiz Lake are places that should be visited. Kargicak Bay, Aş Cove, Ekincik Bay are also good options to enjoy the sea. Round Stream, where you will return to your childhood by swinging on the swings built on the tea created by the cool waters coming from the mountains, is a different beauty.
