Villa Borneo offers a unique holiday opportunity to our guests who want to have a holiday away from the noise of the city. Our villa, whose construction was completed in August 2021, has been designed by keeping comfort and simplicity in the foreground. It has its own sheltered pool, garden, a total of 2 bedrooms, one of which is with a jacuzzi, and has an accommodation capacity of 4 people. Ideal for nuclear families and honeymooners.

Kitchen: It is designed as an open kitchen. There are all kinds of kitchen utensils you may need during your holiday, such as a dining table, refrigerator, dishwasher, 4-burner stove, built-in oven, toaster, dinnerware, dining table.

Living Room: Comfortable sitting group, coffee table, LCD screen TV, air conditioner and satellite receiver.

1. Bedroom: 1 double bed, wardrobe, nightstand, air conditioner, jacuzzi and en-suite bathroom.

General Information

Pool: 6 m. x 4m. dimensions and 1.5 meters in depth, and it is protected so that it cannot be seen from the outside. Pool maintenance is done early every morning by the staff on duty. There are sun loungers and umbrellas on the pool terrace.

Garden: There is a lawn, barbecue, gazebo, garden furniture and table tennis.

Internet: Unlimited wi-fi is available in our villa, but the maximum internet speed is 16mbps due to the infrastructure of the region.

Damage Deposit: A damage deposit of 2000 TL is taken upon check-in. It is returned in case of undamaged control at check-out.

Note: A cleaning fee of 600 TL is charged for accommodation under the minimum rental period.

Note: The minimum stay during the holiday week is 7 nights.
