Villa Arya 2 is located in Ölüdeniz, the favorite holiday paradise of Turkey and the world. Ölüdeniz is a magnificent holiday resort in the Fethiye district of MuÄŸla. Ölüdeniz, as the name suggests, is like a stagnant lake. It is one of the lagoon formations in Turkey.

Villa Arya 2 has an accommodation capacity of 8 people with its own pool, garden and 4 bedrooms. It is ideal for large families and large groups with its comfortable rooms.

There is an open kitchen living room, dining table, dinner set for 8 people and all kinds of kitchen utensils you may need during your holiday.

In the living room, there is a comfortable sitting group, a satellite receiver and a smart TV with LCD screen.

There is a communal WC and washing machine in the corridor.

1. Bedroom: There are 2 single beds, wardrobe, bedside table and air conditioner.

2. Bedroom: There is 1 double bed, dressing room, nightstand, air conditioner and en-suite bathroom.

3. Bedroom: There is 1 double bed, wardrobe, nightstand, make-up table, air conditioner and en-suite bathroom.

4. Bedroom: There are 2 single beds, a wardrobe, a nightstand, air conditioning and an en-suite bathroom.

General Information

Pool: 40m2 in size, 1.4 meters deep. It has an adjustable hydromassage feature and a shallow sunbathing area. Pool maintenance is carried out by the staff on duty every day early in the morning. There are 6 sun loungers, 2 cushions (pears) and 3 sun umbrellas on the pool terrace.

Garden: There is a barbecue and garden furniture.

Internet: Unlimited wi-fi is available in our villa, but the maximum internet speed is 16mbps due to the infrastructure of the region.

Damage Deposit: A damage deposit of 2000 TL is taken upon check-in. It is returned in case of undamaged control at check-out.

Note: A cleaning fee of 500 TL is charged for accommodation under the minimum rental period.

Note: The minimum stay during the holiday week is 7 nights.
