Villa Arslan Trio

Villa Arslan Trio is located in Ölüdeniz, which was registered in 2006 and became one of the "top 10 most beautiful beaches in the world" in the Fethiye district of Muğla. It has been the common route of local and foreign guests every year with its magnificent sea where you can see different shades of blue, abundant oxygenated air, historical ruins hidden in nature. Paragliding, one of the popular activities in the region, attracts the attention of adrenaline-loving vacationers who want to dominate the magnificent Ölüdeniz view from the summit of Babadağ.

Villa Arslan Trio, completed in 2023, has a capacity of 10 people with its own pool, large garden and 5 bedrooms, all with en-suite bathrooms. It is ideal for crowded families and groups of friends with its comfortable rooms. Oludeniz Beach is located 4km away. You can visit the Hisaronu bazaar, which is a 5-minute walk away, and meet all your shopping and food needs.

Kitchen: There is a dining table, a dining set for 10 people and all kinds of kitchen utensils you may need during your holiday. 

Living room: Comfortable seating group, LCD screen TV with satellite receiver, air conditioning, fireplace and exit to the pool terrace. There is a shared bathroom and washing machine on the ground floor. 

1st Bedroom: 1 single bed, wardrobe, bedside table, air conditioning and en-suite bathroom.

2nd Bedroom: 1 single bed, wardrobe, dresser, bedside table, air conditioning and en-suite bathroom.

3rd Bedroom: 1 double bed, wardrobe, dresser, bedside table, air conditioning and en-suite bathroom.

4th Bedroom: 1 double bed, wardrobe, dresser, bedside table, air conditioning and en-suite bathroom.

5th Bedroom: 1 double bed, wardrobe, dresser, bedside table, air conditioning and en-suite bathroom.

Towels and pique sets for 8 people are available in all bedrooms.

General Information

Pool: It is 50 m2 in size and 1.5 meters deep. Pool maintenance is done by the staff in charge early every morning. 

Garden: There is a green area, sun terrace, sun loungers, umbrellas and barbecue. 

Internet: Unlimited wi-fi is available in our villa, but due to the infrastructure of the region, the internet speed is maximum 16mbps.

Damage Deposit: A damage deposit of 5000 TL is taken at the entrance. It is returned in case of no damage in the check made at the exit.

General note for all villas in Oludeniz region: Due to the high demand in our Oludeniz villas, there may be situations such as electricity, water cuts, low voltage, infrastructure and construction works.

Must See Places in Oludeniz

Oludeniz Beach, Butterfly Valley, Kıdrak Bay, Hisarönü are the main places to visit and see. Another place you can visit is Babadağ. Babadağ, where the first paragliding was done in the region, is a touristic sightseeing center. You can go to the summit of Babadağ with your car or with the Babadağ SkyWalk Cable Car, which was put into service in 2021, and you can look at the fascinating view of Ölüdeniz from the highest point.
