Villa Arsen 1 has its own sheltered pool, garden and 3 bedrooms with an accommodation capacity of 6 people. It is ideal for large families and large groups with its comfortable rooms. You can have an unforgettable holiday experience with your pawed friends in our pet-friendly villa. There is Villa Arsen 2 on the same land as our villa. More than one rental can be made for large families, if schedules are available. It is 5 km from Ölüdeniz Beach.

Villa Features

There is an open kitchen living room, dining table, dinner set for 6 people and all kinds of kitchen utensils you may need during your holiday.

In the living room, there is a comfortable seating group, an LCD TV with satellite receiver, air conditioning and a dining table.

1. Bedroom: There is 1 double bed, wardrobe, nightstand, balcony, en-suite bathroom and air conditioning.

2. Bedroom: There are 2 single beds, a wardrobe, a nightstand and air conditioning. (There is a shared bathroom on the floor.)

3. Bedroom: There are 2 single beds, a wardrobe, a nightstand, air conditioning and an en-suite bathroom.

Towels and pique sets for 6 people are available in all bedrooms.

General Information

Pool: There is a 50 m2, 1.5 meter deep and sheltered pool. Pool maintenance is carried out by the staff on duty every morning.

Garden: There is a green area, sun terrace, sun loungers, garden seating, barbecue and swing.

Internet: There is unlimited wi-fi in our villa, but the maximum internet speed is 16mbps due to the infrastructure of the region.

Damage Deposit: A damage deposit of 750 TL is taken at the entrance. It is returned in case of undamaged control at check-out.

Note: A cleaning fee of 500 TL is charged for accommodation under the minimum rental period.

Note: The minimum stay during the holiday week is 7 nights.

Note: An extra 500 TL cleaning fee is charged for pet stays. This amount may increase in proportion to the number of animals.
