Villa Talya Patara

Located in the Patara region of Kalkan, Villa Talya Patara is one of our new villas, the construction of which was completed in 2022. Our villa, which has a magnificent view of Patara Beach in nature, is open to accommodation in winter with its heated indoor pool. Our villa, which has 2 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and a total accommodation capacity of 4 people, is ideal for nuclear families and groups of friends.

In the same land as our villa; There are Villa Mirbiş and Villa Perseid. More than one rental is available for large families, if schedules are available.

Kitchen:  It is designed as an open kitchen. There is a dining table, refrigerator, dishwasher, 4-burner stove, built-in oven, microwave oven, filter coffee machine, Turkish coffee machine, citrus juicer and all kinds of kitchen utensils you may need during your holiday.

Living Room: Comfortable seating, large screen TV, satellite receiver, air conditioning, WC and exit to the pool terrace.

1. Bedroom: There is 1 double bed, wardrobe, bedside table, air conditioner and en-suite bathroom.

2. Bedroom: There are 2 single beds, wardrobe, bedside table, air conditioner and en-suite bathroom.

General Information

There are towels and pique sets in all bedrooms as much as the number of people.

Outdoor Pool: It is 8.5 m x 4 m in size and 1.5 meters deep. Pool maintenance is carried out by the staff on duty every morning.

Garden: There are sun umbrellas, sun loungers, dining table, sitting group and barbecue.

Internet: Unlimited wi-fi is available in our villa, but the maximum internet speed is 16mbps due to the infrastructure of the region.

Damage Deposit: A damage deposit of 5000 TL is taken upon check-in. It is returned in case of undamaged control at check-out.

Note: A cleaning fee of 2500 TL is charged for accommodation under the minimum rental period.

Note: There is no pool heating in our villa between 15 June - 15 September. It is opened between 16 September and 14 June for a weekly fee of 2500 TL.

Note: The last 4 kilometers of the road to the villa is a stabilized dirt road.
