Villa Mirbiş

Villa Mirbiş for rent located in the Patara region of Kalkan is one of our new villas, the construction of which was completed in 2022. Our villa, which has a magnificent view of Patara Beach in nature, is open to accommodation in the winter months with its heated indoor pool and underfloor heating system. It has a total accommodation capacity of 4 people with 2 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. With its comfortable rooms, it is ideal for families, honeymooners and groups of friends.

In the same land as our villa; There are Villa Perseid and Villa Talya Patara. More than one rental is available for large families, if schedules are available.

Kitchen:  It is designed as an open kitchen. There is a dining table, refrigerator, dishwasher, 4-burner stove, built-in oven, microwave oven, filter coffee machine, Turkish coffee machine, citrus juicer and all kinds of kitchen utensils you may need during your holiday.

Living Room: Comfortable seating, large-screen smart TV, satellite receiver, air conditioning, WC and entrance to the indoor pool.

General Information

There are towels and pique sets in all bedrooms as much as the number of people.

Outdoor Pool: 13 m x 4 m in size and 1.5 meters deep. Pool maintenance is carried out by the staff on duty every morning.

Indoor Pool: It is 3.9 m x 3 m in size and 1.4 meters deep.

Garden: There are sun umbrellas, sun loungers, dining table, sitting group, jacuzzi and barbecue.

Internet: Unlimited wi-fi is available in our villa, but the maximum internet speed is 16mbps due to the infrastructure of the region.

Damage Deposit: A damage deposit of 5000 TL is taken upon check-in. It is returned in case of undamaged control at check-out.

Note: A cleaning fee of 3500 TL is charged for accommodation under the minimum rental period.

Note: There is no pool heating and floor heating in our villa between 15 June - 15 September. It is opened between 16 September and 14 June for a weekly fee of 7000 TL.

Note: There is a spa pool on the terrace.

Note: The last 4 kilometers of the road to the villa is a stabilized dirt road.
