How Can I Make Reservations?

If your holiday plan is ready, you can immediately realize your pre- reservation after choosing your holiday house by using “Make Your Reservation” form on the web page or by calling our Call Centre. After completing these processes, we will send you a “Pre-Reservation Form” via e-mail including preliminary instructions. After completing payments, we will notify you about approval by drafted “Final Reservation Form” sent in your e-mail address. If you have difficulty in choosing your holiday residence or need help, you may call our Call centre to request support and ask any of your questions.

Is Reservation Safe in Tatilpremium.com?

Tatilpremium.com never asks about your Credit Card information in payment and following process. Credit card transactions are directly completed through banking systems and on banks’ web-screens and these transactions are safe 100%. Your personal information may only be used for your reservation and never be shared with third parties. In Tatilpremium.com, payment and reservations are secured for you and your beloved ones for a smooth holiday. 

Can I use my rental house as my own? Does number of persons count? 

You get total right to use your holiday house with all furniture and equipment during your holiday. Your holiday house is under your responsibility during your holiday. You must not forget that your holiday house is belonged to someone else, who let the property your usage during your period. It is expected from you to show attention as your own house and act responsibly. The maximum number of persons detailed in villa information includes children. Tatilpremium.com reserves the right to cancel reservation if this maximum number is exceeded.

What is the Damage Deposit? 

Damage deposit is a kind of security payment taken by the property owners, who let you to use your holiday houses during your holiday period. This payment will be refunded without any cut, if you leave the house properly and as same as you got at the end of your period. If there is any damage, the charge of the damage may be deduced from the damage deposit.  If the charge of the damage exceeds the deposit amount then you must pay the balance. 

What is included in Rental? 

The rental  includes, daily pool  and garden maintenance, entrance cleaning, clean linen, towels, bedcovers, quilts enough for the capacity of villa, check-in guidance service, 24 Hours phone support, Wi-Fi usage and electricity/water supply if not distinctly specified.  

Can we bring our pet to rental villa? 

Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in rental villas if not distinctly specified. If you plan your holiday with your pet, please inform us during your reservation to avoid problems.

What shall I bring with myself? 

There is sufficient number of linens, bedcovers, towels and any kind of kitchen tools you may need during your holiday. You may only  bring your personal belongings, food, shampoo and beach towels. 

 

What are check-in and checkout times? How we get the house? 

The earliest check-in time is 15.00 P.M and checkout time is 10:00 A.M at latest. You will be hosted and guided by Tatilpremium.com staff.

Do you give Car Rental and/or Transfer Services?

If you request, we may refer secure car rental and transfer offices in the region.
