Villa Hayat is located in Dikmekavak District of Ortaca district of MuÄŸla. It offers a peaceful holiday to its guests with its quiet and calm location among the fragrant orange trees. Our summer villa, which has 3 bedrooms and an accommodation capacity of 7 people, has its own large swimming pool. It is ideal for large families and large groups with its comfortable rooms.

Villa Hayat Features

Kitchen: Open kitchen,  dining table, dining set for 7 people, high chair and all kinds of kitchen utensils you may need during your holiday are available.

Living Room: There is a comfortable seating group, an LCD TV with satellite receiver and air conditioning.

1. Bedroom: There is 1 double bed, 1 single bed, wardrobe and bedside table and air conditioning.

2. Bedroom: There is 1 double bed, wardrobe, nightstand, air conditioner and en-suite bathroom.

3. Bedroom: There are 2 single beds, wardrobe and bedside table, park bed and air conditioner.

Towels and pique sets are available for 7 people in all bedrooms.

General Information

Pool: There is a 40 m2 and 1.50 meter deep pool and a shallow sun lounger pool. Pool maintenance is carried out by the staff on duty every morning.

Garden: There are orange and various fruit trees, green area, parking lot, barbecue and sitting group.

Internet: There is unlimited wi-fi at 50mbps in our villa.

Damage Deposit: 1000 TL damage deposit is taken at the entrance. It is returned in case of undamaged control at check-out.

Note: A cleaning fee of 500 TL is charged for accommodation under the minimum rental period.

Note: The minimum stay during the holiday week is 7 nights.
