Villa Limon is located in Kayaköy, a holiday resort with a history of five thousand years, in the Fethiye district of MuÄŸla. Kayaköy was built by the Greeks living in the region on the ruins of Karmylassos belonging to the Ancient Lycian Civilization. The city was declared a "village of peace and friendship" in 1988, it was decided to keep it alive as it is, and it was declared a third-degree urban and archaeological site.

Villa Limon offers a unique holiday opportunity to our guests who want to have a holiday away from the noise of the city. Our villa has 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom and has an accommodation capacity of 4 people. Kayaköy, which fascinates its guests with its natural and historical environment, is only 10 minutes away from Fethiye city center and the world-famous Ölüdeniz Beach. Our villa is suitable for nuclear families and honeymooners. Due to the region where our villa is located, a cooler holiday environment awaits you even in the sweltering heat of summer evenings.

There is Villa Tobe on the same land as our villa. More than one rental can be made for large families if the calendars are available.

Kitchen: It is designed as an open kitchen. There are all kinds of kitchen utensils you may need during your holiday, such as a dining table, refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, 4-burner stove, built-in oven, toaster, tea maker, dinnerware, dining table.

Living Room: Comfortable sitting group, coffee table, LCD screen TV, air conditioner and satellite receiver.

1. Bedroom: There is 1 double bed, wardrobe, nightstand and air conditioner.

2. Bedroom: There are 2 single beds, a wardrobe, a nightstand and air conditioning.

There is a shared bathroom in the foyer.
General Information

Pool: It is 7m x 3.5 m in size and 1.5 meters deep. Pool maintenance is done early every morning by the staff on duty. There are sun loungers and umbrellas on the pool terrace.

Garden:  There is a lawn, barbecue, garden furniture.

Internet: Unlimited wi-fi is available in our villa, but the maximum internet speed is 16mbps due to the infrastructure of the region.

Damage Deposit: A damage deposit of 1500 TL is taken upon check-in. It is returned in case of undamaged control at check-out.

Note: If extra cleaning is requested, the cleaning fee is charged as 1000 TL.

Note: An extra 1000 TL cleaning fee is charged for pet stays.

Note: The minimum stay during the holiday week is 7 nights.

Extra services: Chef service is offered between 2000 TL and 5000 TL per day. Our chef can offer food options according to the kitchen shopping you have done, or he can prepare the meals and snacks you want by shopping for you.
