Villa Gardenia

Villa Gardenia is located in the Okcular region of Dalyan, the magnificent holiday resort of Muğla. The region, which is famous for its lush nature, clear sea and home to ancient civilizations, welcomes many local and foreign guests every year. You can reach the beach from our villa, which is only 5 km from the center of Dalyan, by car or by boat departing from the river.

Villa Gardenia has an accommodation capacity of 6 people with its own hydromassage adult and children's pool, garden and 3 bedrooms. In its lush garden, there is an open-air kitchen, a barbecue, a private parking lot, a swing for children and various toys. It is ideal for crowded families and groups of friends with its comfortable rooms, all of which have en-suite bathrooms. Our villa, which has underfloor heating and fireplace, is also suitable for rental in winter months.

Kitchen: It is designed as an open kitchen. There is a kitchen island, refrigerator, dishwasher, 4-burner stove, built-in oven, microwave, toaster, filter coffee machine, water dispenser and all kinds of kitchen utensils you may need during your holiday.

Living Room: There is a comfortable sitting group, fireplace, air conditioner, LCD TV and satellite receiver.

There is a shared WC-Bathroom in the corridor.

General Information

There are towels and pique sets in all bedrooms as much as the number of people.

Pool: It is 7 m x 4 m in size and 1.65 m deep. There is a hydromassage feature in the pool and there is also a children's pool. Pool maintenance is carried out by the staff on duty every morning.

Garden: There are various fruit trees, grass area, barbecue, open kitchen, garden furniture, swing and children's toys.

Internet: Unlimited wi-fi is available in our villa, but the maximum internet speed is 24mbps due to the infrastructure of the region.

Damage Deposit: A damage deposit of 2000TL is taken upon check-in. It is returned in case of undamaged control at check-out.

Note: A cleaning fee of 550 TL is charged for accommodation under the minimum rental period.

Note: The minimum stay during the holiday week is 7 nights.

Places to See in Dalyan

Kaunos Ancient City, one of the oldest settlements in Anatolia, king tombs carved into the rocks, Iztuzu Beach, Sultaniye Thermal Springs and Köyceğiz Lake are places that should be visited. Kargicak Bay, Aş Cove, Ekincik Bay are also good options to enjoy the sea. Round Stream, where you will return to your childhood by swinging on the swings built on the tea created by the cool waters coming from the mountains, is a different beauty.
